I’ve just finished up replacing the flooring in a mobile home rental of mine. It had this crap sawdust and glue subfloor garbage. Had a water leak. This stuff gets wet and loses all stength. Looks like you might have a high humidity level under there from something and the subfloor is absorbing the water and degrading. Replace that grey polyproplyen pipe while your at it. That stuff is crap, too and is a known defective material. Good luck!

I have repaired all the ductwork, all cross overs, all leaks. I found the the plenum under the furnace had an open gap before the trunk line. After all was done I am now saving $100.00 per month on my utilities.

I am currently repairing the ductwork on my double wide mobile home. I am finding that where the aluminum tape was used to seal the joints has come away from the duct. Also, where ever the trunk line ends, it is just folded over, no tape on the inside that I can see. I can’t tell what is on the other side. I found that when I go into the back bathroom and open the top drawer on the sink, I can fell air when the blower is running. I may have some big problems. thank for the help.
